I have seen this happen with the twitter feed from time to time. I checked and it does not seem to be happening to the blog entries when I look. The only suggestion I have is to run Explorer in "compatibility mode" which is the icon that looks like a torn piece of paper just to the right of the address bar. Thanks for letting me know.

Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in your post seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer. I'm not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I figured I'd post to let you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the issue resolved soon. Cheers

This is indeed an issue very current to prospective St Lucia real estate investors in the context of the current housing market. Eager to own St Lucia property, first time buyers are particularly vulnerable. Your article highlights the growing need for prospective buyers to carefully select their real estate professional. It is critical in the current real estate investment environment to be able to rely on the services of an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent, operating full time and engaging in sound real estate sales practices.

Too often real estate agents have resorted to selling property merely as a second income earner and without informing themselves of the laws, regulations and professional ethics affecting the sale of real estate. These realtors run the risk of incurring personal liability to the buyer who acts in reliance on their advice, as well as exposing the buyer to significant potential financial loss.

This has become a hot button issue in recent time as many real estate developments have simply come to a grinding halt in construction due to problems in construction financing or uncertainties surrounding the continued viability of real estate projects. As a result buyers have been unable to close the transaction, flip their properties on the market as intended or to somehow realise their desired return on investment.

Acting in reliance of the advice of the real estate professionals,or information received from property owners, and the prospect of quick profits, buyers often purchase significantly overpriced properties. Quite unfortunately, they have since had to seriously reconsider the soundness of their investment. Many have come to realise too late that they were duped into purchasing properties priced well above their true current market value.

Great blog for the real estate agents. Some of the cases have been discussed well, that is mentioned in Interstate Land sale act. From this resource the agents can acknowledge how to deal successfully without doing any mistake.
